A saturated cobalt–royal blurple base packed with ghostly microflake shimmer that crackles with sapphire and icy cyan flashes. It’s smooth and inky at the core, then ignites in the light, giving that high-voltage glow like neon reflected off midnight water. Powerful, dramatic, and unmistakably that blue. Base coat recommended, may cause staining.
