Returns
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
I will refund/ replace an item damages by mail. Proof of damage can be sent to sassysaucepolish@gmail.com
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. and photos of the damaged bottles
Human error does happen, I stay up tooooo late trying to send orders out. If I mess up, please don't hesitate to contact me at Sassysaucepolish@gmail.com I am one person I mix, Pour, Label, Pack this whole Production with 2 hands. I have a great group of gals swatching and blogging, mistakes do happen.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your photos are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received them. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sassysaucepolish@gmail.com and send your item to: 30 W14 Saint Andrews lane West Chicago, IL 60185-1267.
Sales, discounted shipping and all discount codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase and in the time frame allowed. If you are given a code that is valid for 2 weeks, it must be used in that time frame if it is expired it is no longer valid. Shipping codes must be used at checkout. I can not refund after the fact. If you miss a sale, I can not honor the sale price outside of the sales dates. If you place multiple orders and need a shipping refund, please send an email to sassysaucepolish@gmail.com I try to catch them, but I am one person.
We are not responsible for buyers remorse
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
