Mermaid money

An electric blue shimmer scattered with playful neon confetti, It shifts between sapphire glow and icy aqua flashes, with pops of pink and green sparkle crashing through like chaos in couture. It can be used as a topper or layered for opacity. I used the second glitter mix from our Glitter Unique field trip.
