A sapphire (cold) to light blue (warm) thermal with a glowey blue shimmer and red micro glitter. This one was a request from Jessica Reed-Schmid to match a pair of her favorite shoes. Hunt her down at expo, sha may have the shoes on and will probably be wearing the polish. She is a super human with a heart of gold!!!
