Blue Line Breakdown

electric cobalt thermal (cold) with glowing violet-blue shimmer and pink/copper iridescent flakes. When warm, the cobalt fades away and leaves the ghost flakes popping over the blue shimmer. The blue line is part of the transit system downtown.
