This topper is one of my new fav’s!!! It has a gold/green/orang/red shifting shimmer with purple/red/gold shifting ghost flakies. Over light colors, it looks mermaid, over dark colors, it just looks like a party!!!!
15 ml, 5-free, always cruelty free
Opaque- 2-3 coats depending on application
